Order Granting Authorization Under Section 3 of the Natural Gas Act

On May 21, 2020 FERC Commissioners issued an authorization to AGDC to construct and operate the Alaska LNG Project.

Pursuant to Section 3 of the Natural Gas Act, the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission issued the Alaska Gasline Development Corporation an authorization to construct and operate the Alaska LNG Project.
